Upload the backup of your wibutler pro gateway here so that we can optimally prepare your new wibutler pro (2nd gen.). If you don't know how to create a backup, take a look at our Instructions to.

On the server side, the upload size is limited to 10MB. If your backload is larger, please let us know. Important notes:
1. please do not assign a password for the backup.
2. zigBee devices cannot be transferred for technical reasons. Reset them manually to the factory settings and re-enrol them after receiving your new wibutler pro (2nd gen.).
3. delete all Z-Wave devices before creating the backup. These cannot be used with the new wibutler pro (2nd gen.).
