ZigBee 3.0 operates in the 2.4 GHz band and is ideal for various sensors and actuators. Thanks to mesh technology, the devices amplify each other's signal - the network grows with every installation. This ensures high range, stability and flexibility in the building.
EnOcean operates in the 868 MHz band and stands for energy self-sufficient sensor technology. The devices often require neither a power connection nor batteries - they obtain their energy from movement, light or temperature differences. Perfect for quick and easy retrofitting.
And: the radiation exposure is extremely low - an EnOcean telegram takes less than a millisecond and is significantly weaker than a conventional light switch.
