- Order devices in the shop: Go to the wibutler shop and add all the devices you need to your shopping basket. Make sure you select the variant with pre-configuration service - and include a new wibutler pro Gateway (AN01000).
- Submit project information: After your order, we will send you a short questionnaire. This will give us all the information we need for the pre-configuration: Rooms, names, desired settings.
- Mount & get started: You receive a fully prepared setup with clear documentation.
Unpack, install, done. Just a few more steps and your smart home project is finished.

- Initial setup of your wibutler pro:We set up the smart home completely: with building names, floors, rooms and users - exactly according to your specifications.
- Complete device configuration:All purchased devices are connected directly on the wibutler pro, assigned to the appropriate rooms and pre-configured - including important settings.
- Including project documentation:You will receive clear documentation with all the settings we have made. We also provide you with practical instructions - e.g. for blind running times or radiator valve adaptation.

The smart pre-configuration service for craftsmen applies to selected devices, only in combination with a new wibutler pro gateway (art. no. AN01000). You can recognise the right product variants directly in the wibutler Shop - You simply book the service there.
After your order you will receive a short project questionnaire.
This contains all the information we need for the pre-configuration quickly filled out, sent back digitally.
As part of the service, we take over:
- the complete initial set up of the wibutler pro,
- the connection of all purchased devices,
- and the documentation of the settings.
Important:
There will be No automation rules set up - you can create these individually on site.
