Newly integrated: DAIKIN Altherma 4

With the DAIKIN Altherma 4 H, a high-performance air-to-water heat pump becomes part of the wibutler system. Thanks to natural R-290 refrigerant, flow temperatures of up to 75°C and reliable operation at temperatures as low as -28°C, it is suitable for new builds and renovations.

Newly integrated: ELTAKO DSZ15 Electricity meter

The ELTAKO DSZ15 captures the performance of each phase and provides the wibutler Energy Cockpit precise data on consumption, generation, and feed-in.

Make optimal use of PV surplus for the wallbox

  • Make targeted use of surplus solar power, e.g. for charging your electric car.
  • More self-generated electricity is used directly in the building.
  • Automatically control wallbox
  • Less surplus solar power will be fed into the public grid.
  • Generation, consumption, and feed-in are displayed in the wibutler energy cockpit.
  • The readings are queried every two seconds, allowing for precise control.
  • The PV system is used more efficiently and mains electricity consumption is reduced.

Important notice: For data transfer to the wibutler energy cockpit, it is absolutely essential to use the ELTAKO Gateway ZGW16WL-IP is required. Up to 16 ELTAKO three-phase Modbus meters can be integrated via a gateway.

New: Electricity price-oriented control of your battery storage


Based on the precise meter data, your wibutler system can now intervene even more effectively:

  • Your battery storage can be deliberately charged forcefully during times of cheap electricity prices.
  • Discharging can be prevented – for example, if your electric car should be charged with priority.
  • For Kostal battery storage systems: With the new fixed value control, wibutler directly sets the charging and discharging power – independent of the measured current flow at the main meter.

Good to know: The electricity price-oriented, automated control will only be available with the upcoming app update v2.20.

The Energy regulation continues to function reliably and ensures stable control of your devices.
For optimum performance, we recommend setting the PcH value to the lowest possible setting. This allows your energy automation to work particularly efficiently.
