From now on, you can not only manage your energy smarter - but also much more efficiently. With the new Energy Cockpit The wibutler app gives you full control over your energy flows in the house: live, intuitive and centralised.
Real-time monitoring
You can see this at any time in the Energy Cockpit:
- how self-sufficient your building currently is,
- how much electricity your PV system generates,
- how high your current grid consumption is,
- how much current flows into the battery or the vehicle,
- and how high your total consumption is.
Even without any prior technical knowledge, you can see at a glance what is happening in your building - graphically presented in an easy-to-understand way.
Important: Users of a wibutler pro der (2nd gen.) have access to the complete energy cockpit including intelligent control. The first generation continues to use the previous monitoring system. The reason for this is the recent Update separation.
Flexible charging modes.

The new highlight in the energy cockpit: You can use your own PV power flexibly to charge your electric car - perfectly tailored to your PV yield, your daily routine or your grid consumption.
The four available charging modes are
- Fast chargingThis mode utilises the full charging power, regardless of the position of the sun. Ideal when you need to charge quickly - for example before a spontaneous journey or when the battery is almost empty.
- Surplus shop: Here you can charge exclusively with the current PV surplus. Perfect if you are not at home during the day and want to fill up your car with solar power in peace.
- Hybrid surplus loadingFirstly, utilise the PV surplus and supplement this with a limited amount of grid power as required. This allows you to remain flexible - even with fluctuating solar radiation.
- Time-based chargingYou define time windows in which different charging modes apply. A typical example: fast charging in the morning, slow recharging in the evening with excess PV. Particularly practical for commuters.
All modes can be set directly in the app - including grid reference limits, standard mode and schedules. This allows you to customise your charging process exactly to your needs.
Flexible charging modes.

Behind the simple interface is an intelligent control logic:
- One Cloud filter prevents the wallbox from being switched on and off with every small cloud. Instead, the average of the last few minutes is evaluated.
- The charging release is adjusted every 10 seconds to 2.5 minutes - reliably and gently.
- Charging power below 1,500 watts is automatically excluded to avoid unnecessary charging attempts.
- Battery storage, heat storage and other devices can also be integrated into the control system. This means that surplus electricity is utilised exactly where it has the greatest effect.
You don't need to do anything else - the wibutler platform takes care of it all by itself.
